Specialty Retro Products has developed a line a custom made Titanium bolts to replace your old damaged or missing bolts for your Syncros Revolution cranks. These nuts and bolts are made from Titanium 6-4, same a material that is widely in the aerospace industry because it has a higher tensile and yield strength than Ti 3-2.5. The threads are cold rolled for superior strength. They are then Tiodized to prevent galling between the nut and bolt. The Tiodize process give the bolts this greyish color. This is the same process commonly found in the aerospace industry.
It was common that the original Syncros bolt allen heads would get damager during installation so we have upgraded the bolts to use Torx T25 and T30 heads. This will ensure that you can get the bolts to the proper torque levels without damaging the head. It will also allow you to identify your OG parts from the new ones. This kits specific to later non-threaded spider design and are for use with triple chainrings only.
