FOR NEW AND UNUSED ITEMS IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING

We accept returns on items in new and unused condition within 30 days of the original purchase. Returns must be accompanied by “proof of purchase” (copy of email receipt, packing list, etc.). Include the REASON for the return. Please use proper packing materials. Items damaged due to careless packaging will not be refunded. Use a shipment method with tracking and delivery confirmation. The customer is responsible for the original shipping charges and return shipping charges (unless SRP is at fault). Resticking fees may apply if the item has been opened. We will not accept “COD” returns. Refunds will be processed in the manner in which the original purchase was paid for. For example, if you paid via your credit card, the refund will be issued to that same card. Items to be returned must be shipped to:

Our aim is total customer satisfaction. If a product is not performing up to your expectations, we will make it right. In fact, we’ll help out even if the product was improperly installed.
